According to ZachXBT, a recent post about a fraudulent transaction is incorrect. The victim's funds, transferred on September 12, 2024, went to a wallet likely associated with a HitBTC nested service, commonly linked to Changelly. ZachXBT advises victims to file a report with local law enforcement and send a Law Enforcement Request (LER) to the exchange.
