Malta remains its friendly attitude in blockchain regulation in 2019. The Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA) issued a new guidance note to educate Maltese to identify scams and fraudulent schemes. Besides, Malta’s Registry of Companies set to run on a blockchain-based system, which is consistent with Malta’s strategy in leveraging blockchain technology into government services.

Malta is on its way to set up national legal framework on AI, which HON. Joseph Muscat (Prime Minister of Malta) and HON. Silvio Schembri (Parliamentary Secretary of Financial Services) will talk about the latest legislation progress.

The summit also gathers well-known crypto leaders and angel investors such as Roger Ver, Tim Draper and Brock Pierce, to discuss the latest development in STO regulations and investment climate on cryptocurrencies.
